Understanding your FLHA

These short lessons explain the thinking behind it, one question at a time. Every lesson uses the same example: a crew moving boxes from the loading area into room 3. Read them in order, or start with the question you have today.

An FLHA, or Field Level Hazard Assessment, helps a crew think through the work, what could hurt someone, and what they plan to do about it. The crew records that discussion on a form. Names and formats vary between employers and sites.
