What does an FLHA look like?
An FLHA, or Field Level Hazard Assessment, is usually a short form, on paper or on a phone. The crew fills it in together before work starts.

Your role: General labourer.
Your crew: You, Maria, and Ali. Your supervisor plans the crew's work.
This morning: Move boxes from the loading area at the back of the building into room 3, using a cart.
This afternoon: Load a truck to send back some rented ladders.
After the form

Each part has its own lesson. The last two lessons are about what the crew does after the form is signed.
Forms look different from site to site. The names of the parts can change too, but most forms ask these same questions.
